Instantly.ai is a cold email and outbound sales platform. Pricing in 2026 starts at $47/month for the entry Outreach plan. But that one number is just for e-mail sending. Instantly is built as a series of separately billed products, so the price on the pricing page is rarely the price on your invoice.

In this guide, we break down every Instantly.ai plan in 2026: Outreach, Instantly Credits, CRM, Website Visitors, and the VIP managed service, plus the add-ons that inflate your bill. It also includes real cost scenarios, competitor comparison and plain English glossary of the terms Instantly uses. The figures here are cross-checked with Instantly’s published plans and a live Hypergrowth account which I personally use for 2 years now.

Key takeaways

  • Entry price: Instantly.ai Outreach starts at $47/month (Growth), and the most popular plan, Hypergrowth, costs $97/month.
  • It’s modular: Separate subscriptions for Outreach (sending), Instantly Credits (lead database) and CRM. Website Visitors, Inbox Placement and done-for-you services are additional on top.
  • Real-world cost: A working outbound stack (sending + leads + a CRM) usually costs $124–$180+/month, not $47.
  • Annual billing saves about 20% on Outreach and CRM plans.
  • Pricing model: flat-rate by volume, not per-seat, so adding team members or clients doesn’t multiply your cost, which is where Instantly is cheaper than per-seat tools at scale.
  • A known discrepancy: Hypergrowth’s email limit is listed as 100,000/month on the public pricing page but is 125,000/month in the app and help center.

How does Instantly.ai pricing work?

Instantly.ai pricing is modular, you don’t get one all-in plan but subscribe to each product separately. This is the one thing you have to know before you sign up, because this is what explains why the advertised price and final cost are so different.

The products are:

  • Outreach – infinite inboxes, warming them up and sending campaigns. This is the core of the sending engine.
  • Instantly Credits – access to the 450M+ B2B lead database (SuperSearch) + enrichment + lead verification + the AI agents.
  • CRM – unified inbox (Unibox), pipeline tracking, calling & SMS on higher tiers
  • Add-on modules – Website Visitors, Inbox Placement, Done-For-You (DFY) Services and Pre-Warmed Accounts – each has its own price.

So the Outreach Growth price is $47/month and that is it. One separate Credits subscription is for pulling leads from the database, another is managing the replies in the native CRM. Remember that model and separate products and separate bills and the rest of the pricing is simple.

Second structural feature: Instantly doesn’t have per-seat pricing, it’s a flat fee. You pay by volume and contact limits, not per user. Ten man team, two man team, same pay, same volume. That’s the opposite of per seat tools like Lemlist and Apollo, which is why Instantly’s cost stays flat as a team grows.

Instantly.ai Outreach pricing (the sending engine)

Outreach is what most people mean when they say “Instantly”. Unlimited email accounts and unlimited email warmup are features that made Instantly famous as most competitors limit or charge per inbox and are included in all Outreach plans.

Growth ($47/month)

The entry Outreach plan includes:

  • Unlimited email accounts
  • Unlimited email warmup
  • 1,000 uploaded contacts (total, across all campaigns)
  • 5,000 emails per month
  • Chat support

The limit on binding is 1,000 contacts. Good for a one man band trying out a small hand made list, but it hits hard once real campaigns are in play.

Hypergrowth ($97/month)

Hypergrowth is the plan most teams running outbound full-time land on (including me). It includes:

  • Unlimited email accounts
  • Unlimited email warmup
  • 25,000 uploaded contacts
  • 100,000 emails per month (the dashboard may show 125,000 — see below)
  • Premium live support

The jump from Growth is the 25× larger contact ceiling and the email volume is what allows you to scale. It’s also cheaper than per-seat competition in that range at $97 for that capacity across unlimited mailboxes.

Instantly.ai billing dashboard showing an active Hyper Growth plan at $97 per month with 7,766 of 25,000 contacts used, workspace limits of 25,000 total contacts and 125,000 emails per month, and an Upgrade to Annual prompt offering 20% savings

I’m on Hypergrowth for a reason. We are 10 people. Everyone does cold outbound. So the decision is the limits. In a typical period we’re using around 20,000 of the 25,000 uploaded contacts (we’re in mid month now when I took the screenshot), roughly a third of the ceiling, which leaves headroom to scale campaigns without hitting a wall mid-month. That work across ten senders running concurrently is possible because of the 125,000 monthly email allowance; on a smaller plan, the contact and volume caps would necessitate constant pruning.

Light Speed  ($358/month)

The high-volume tier for agencies and teams managing thousands of prospects at once. It layers on top of Hypergrowth:

  • 500,000 emails per month
  • 100,000 uploaded contacts
  • The SISR system

SISR (Shared Infrastructure, Separate Routing) is the big feature: your sending traffic runs on reserved infrastructure rather than the shared pool. For teams that are managing dozens of client domains, that isolation is the reason to pay for this tier (not the extra email headroom).

Enterprise (Custom pricing)

Enterprise adds 500,000+ emails/month, 100,000+ contacts and a private deliverability network. Pricing is quote-based and is handled via a sales call.

Outreach annual pricing

Instantly.ai Outreach pricing page set to Yearly billing showing four plans: Growth at $37.60 per month, Hypergrowth at $77.60 per month, Light Speed at $286.30 per month, and Enterprise with custom pricing — roughly 20% off the monthly rates

The monthly price is around 20% cheaper if you pay annually:

PlanMonthly billingAnnual billing (~20% off)
Growth$47/mo~$37.60/mo
Hypergrowth$97/mo~$77.60/mo
Light Speed$358/mo~$286/mo

What the Hypergrowth plan produces in practice

Pricing only makes sense against output so here’s what one actual Hypergrowth account ($97/month) churned out over a four-week period. The point is not to sell the plan. It’s to give the cost a reference point, since most pricing posts don’t ever show what the spend actually returns.

The campaign dashboard for the period shows about 1,500 emails sent, a 39.9% open rate, a 10.68% reply rate and 63 opportunities tagged at ~$63,000 in pipeline value (it’s a symbolic value). Against a $97/month sending cost, that’s the kind of cost per result figure worth modelling for your own numbers, your open and reply rates will depend entirely on list quality, copy and warmup, not the plan you’re on. The destination of your replies is also a big factor in reply rates. A good high converting landing page will do more for pipeline conversion than any subject line A/B test.

Instantly.ai Campaign Analytics dashboard showing 1,500 emails sent, 39.9% open rate, 10.68% reply rate, and 63 opportunities worth $63,000 in pipeline value over a four-week window on Hypergrowth

Instant also sends out performance by account which is important because deliverability lives or dies at the inbox-level. In the Account Analytics view you can see counts for contacted / opened / replied and a combined health score for each inbox that you have connected. This helps to pinpoint which accounts are underperforming and require some warm up or rotation before it takes the whole campaign down.

Instantly.ai Account Analytics view showing per-inbox contacted, opened, and replied counts with combined health scores ranging from 75.0 down to under 20 across multiple sending accounts

What I get out of this in practice: Combined Score over 50 stays in rotation, 20-50 is a watch zone, under 20 gets pulled and re-warmed. As you can see from the screenshot, this is a thing! A top inbox at 75.0 (with several under 20) in the same workspace… this is exactly what per-account analytics are built to surface. And there’s no relation with volume and score either. Here, the most contacted account (121 sent, 14 replies) has a score of 38.4, and the inbox with 10 contacts is 75.0. Fixing the laggards is more important than scaling the leaders.

Instantly Credits pricing (the lead database)

Instantly Credits is the lead-database product (used to be SuperSearch). You can send through Outreach. Credits is where you can find and enrich contacts if you don’t already have lists. It’s a different subscription, and that’s where real spend seems to go up.

All Credits plans come with the following features: access to the B2B lead database of more than 450M, 13 filters (including keywords and lookalikes), waterfall email enrichment with 5+ providers, the Web Researcher Agent, access to 5 major LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, and others), and the AI Email Writer Agent. What varies across tiers is the monthly credit limit.

PlanMonthly priceCredits/month
Growth$47/mo1,500–2,000
Supersonic$97/mo5,000–7,500
Hyper CreditsFrom $197/mo10,000–200,000 (slider)
EnterpriseCustom200,000+

How fast do Instantly credits get used?

Credits run out quicker than the allowances indicate. A 1,000-lead pipeline through the AI Sales Agent can cost around 5,000 credits, more than the entire monthly allowance on the Growth Credits tier (1,500–2,000). At Supersonic, that same run of 1,000 leads will eat up 65–100% of the monthly pool before any reply handling, research or enrichment.

In practice, if your database and AI agents are at the core of your workflow, the entry Credits tier rarely lasts a full month. Teams that use Credits typically need at least Supersonic. Teams who bring their own verified lists can skip the Credits subscription altogether and just use Outreach. If you’re new to outbound, and don’t have a list to work with yet, our guide on how to start an email list walks through the basics.

The math on the credit is fine in isolation – roughly 1.5 credits per enriched lead is in the normal range for B2B contact data, where industry pricing runs anywhere from a few cents to a dollar+ per verified contact. What matters is the average bounce rate and delierability when you actually send. Under 5% means the data is good enough to warrant the credit cost. 15%+ means you’re paying for crap and should get your data elsewhere. Pull 50-100 leads in your ICP, send, and let the bounce data decide before you burn through a month’s allowance.

Worth flagging the structural point: Instantly is primarily a sending and warmup tool, not a data company — Credits is a bolt-on competing with dedicated providers.  If the per lead cost feels high for your volume, the cheaper play is to buy verified data somewhere else and import it, then use Instantly for what it was actually built for.

Instantly CRM pricing

Once you start getting replies from campaigns, you’ll need a CRM to manage those replies, your pipeline and contacts. Instantly has a separate CRM subscription.

PlanMonthly priceIncludes
Growth CRM$47/moUnibox (unified reply inbox), lead status tracking, Opportunities pipeline, reporting
Hyper CRM$97/moEverything in Growth CRM + browser-based calling, SMS, Website Visitors identification (US traffic), Salesflows, advanced team reporting

No AI features. No calling. No SMS. Growth CRM. Hyper CRM adds that plus website visitor tracking. Independent reviews often say the native CRM is less mature than dedicated platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, with several features still noted as “coming soon”. Existing CRM users tend to bypass this product, re-routing responses to their existing stack via integrations.

The heart of the CRM is the Unibox, a single inbox that combines responses from all the sending accounts you connect, so you can run all your conversations from one place, instead of logging into dozens of mailboxes. It’s the feature most users interact with daily once campaigns start getting responses.

Add-on modules: Website Visitors, Inbox Placement, DFY

These modules are add-ons to the core subscriptions and easy to forget about when budgeting:

  • Website Visitors – identifies US-based visitors to your website in order to turn anonymous traffic into leads. $97/month (Hyper Visitors) to $397/month (Lightspeed Visitors).
  • Inbox Placement – paid spam-score and deliverability testing, to ensure the email hits the inbox. Useful before you scale; billed separately.
  • DFY Services – ready-made new domains and email accounts.
  • Pre-Warmed Accounts – pre-warmed domains and inboxes so you can launch campaigns day one, not waiting through warmup.
  • Capacity add-on – about $87/month for an extra 25,000 uploaded contacts + 125,000 emails available on Hypergrowth or Light Speed for teams who outgrow a plan but don’t need the next full tier.

I haven’t really put them to practical use. Inbox Placement testing is really useful before scaling, but unlimited warmup on every Outreach plan covers most of the deliverability hygiene that a regular sender needs. DFY domains and pre-warmed accounts are more useful if you’re spinning up dozens of inboxes quickly or don’t want to manage warmup timelines. For a team already running their own setup, they’re easy to skip without losing much.

Instantly VIP Service (done-for-you)

VIP Service is Instantly’s fully managed, done-for-you offering. Aside from the self-serve subscriptions. Includes setup of the AI Sales Agent and AI Inbox Manager, domains, accounts and campaigns, with dedicated GTM Engineer and Account Manager. Pricing is not a monthly number: Published bundles cost in the tens of thousands of dollars per year, and managed campaigns can involve a revenue share between the customer and Instantly. This tier is for companies who want an outbound run done for them rather than building it in-house.

What does a full Instantly.ai setup actually cost? (Real scenarios)

The sticker price is for a single product. The cost of a working outbound stack at three common scales: Numbers are monthly, monthly billing, and don’t include the supporting infrastructure (domains, inbox providers, verification) that every cold email tool requires.

ScenarioStackApprox. monthly cost
Solo founder (own lists, email only)Outreach Growth$47
Small team / solopreneur with leadsOutreach Growth + Credits Growth + Growth CRM~$124–$141
Active outbound teamOutreach Hypergrowth + Credits Supersonic~$194
Agency / high volumeOutreach Hypergrowth + Hyper Credits + Hyper CRM~$391

Bottom Line: $47 is the bottom line for email only with your own lists. A realistic minimum is $124-$180/month once you add in leads and reply management, and agency stacks are $400+/month before infrastructure.

Here’s my actual itemized Instantly spend, running cold outbound for a team of 10:

  • Outreach Hypergrowth – $97/month
  • Instantly Credits – $0 (we bring our own data)
  • Instantly CRM – $0 (using our existing stack)
  • Add-ons (Website Visitors, Inbox Placement, DFY, capacity) – $0
  • Total paid to Instantly: $97/month

That’s the whole thing. No Credits subscription as we source and verify lists ourselves, no native CRM as reply management already lives in our existing tools, no add-on modules. This is on monthly billing for reference, annual would bring that to around $77.60/month.

The take-away worth flagging: The hidden-cost stack in this guide is real, but it’s not inevitable. You pay $97 for hypergrowth and you get what you pay for if you bring your own data and run your own CRM. Outreach isn’t as expensive as they claim, but when you outsource lead sourcing and reply management to Instantly, your bills go up.

Hidden costs in Instantly.ai pricing

That $47 sticker price is correct, but there are a number of costs that only pop up once you’re actually running outbound:

  1. Outreach is not enough. Separate subscription for sending, leads (Credits) and reply management (CRM). Functional stack is not $47/month, but $124-180/month
  2. Credits drain fast. The AI agents and database lookups consume credits pretty quickly, so the entry Credits tier seldom lasts for a full month of real use.
  3. Capacity add-ons To outgrow a contact or email limit, you need to jump a full tier, or pay ~$87/month for more headroom.
  4. The support stack. When comparing sticker prices, it’s easy to overlook that running cold email on any platform requires domains, inbox providers and email verification.
  5. DFY ownership of domain. Domains bought through Instantly’s done-for-you setup may not be transferred to you on cancellation. Ensure ownership terms are acceptable before going down the DFY route.
  6. The email volume discrepancy. The pricing page and dashboard may disagree on what your actual limit is (100k vs 125k on Hypergrowth). Check in-app always.
  7. Year-two pricing. Annual contracts may increase at renewal; the rate in the first year is not guaranteed to be repeated.

None of these make Instantly’s pricing dishonest. Actually the entry price is more than real, and unlimited inboxes do beat per-seat pricing at scale. The point is the headline is “$47” and the number to plan around is “my real monthly spend is X.

Instantly.ai vs competitors: 2026 pricing comparison

How does Instantly pricing compare to the other big cold email platforms in 2026? Look at the billing model column – the difference is what matters most at team scale.

PlatformEntry price (Annual)Billing modelNotable trait
Instantly$47/moFlat-rate (by volume)Unlimited inboxes + warmup on every plan
Smartlead$39/moFlat-rate (by volume)Unlimited accounts; white-label add-on for agencies
Saleshandy$25/moFlat-rate (unlimited team)Built-in lead finder + email verification
Lemlist$79/user/moPer-seatMultichannel (LinkedIn, image personalization)
Apollo~$79/user/moPer-seat200M+ contact prospecting database

Smartlead and Saleshandy have flat-rate pricing that doesn’t scale with team size. Lemlist and Apollo charge per seat, which gets expensive for teams. Saleshandy is the cheapest way in and has a native lead finder; Smartlead is closest to Instantly on model and has agency white-labeling; Lemlist and Apollo are worth their premium mainly for multichannel and prospecting respectively.

What support is like (billing experience)

Instantly Chat Support solved a billing issue for a live account in no time. The agent responded quickly and escalated a refund request to the billing team without the need for any follow-ups. This is one data point, not a promise, but responsiveness of billing-support is a real-world consideration that should factor into the calculus for any subscription you pay for monthly.

Instantly.ai support chat resolving a duplicate Hypergrowth subscription billing issue, with the agent confirming subscription details and assigning the refund request to the billing team within the same chat thread

I accidentally signed up for a second Hypergrowth plan on a different workspace while my primary workspace was already on Hypergrowth,  so this is like a duplicate charge of $97. I opened up a chat to let them know to refund the duplicate or transfer the credits over to my active workspace. The first agent confirmed my subscription info, and that same day assigned the ticket to the billing team. Billing responded in the same thread, determined which workspace was the duplicate, and fixed it. Whole thing in one conversation thread, no email ping-pong, no passing between channels.

I’ve experienced similar billing issues at much larger, better known SaaS companies and the experience is usually the opposite, chatbot loops, multi-day approval chains, and tickets bounced between teams. It is not normal that in this category, a real human solves a workspace-level subscription problem in one chat thread.

Which Instantly.ai plan fits which use case?

A neutral plan-to-situation mapping not a recommendation:

  • Outreach Growth ($47): Solo senders with their own small lists; low volume; learning the platform.
  • Outreach Hypergrowth ($97): Teams sending real volume across many inboxes. The most common modus operandi.
  • Outreach Light Speed ($358): For agencies and high volume senders that require 500K emails/month and SISR isolation across many client domains.
  • Instantly Credits: For people who need the database and enrichment but don’t already have lead lists; pass if you have your own verified data.
  • CRM: Teams without a CRM, but who want replies, pipeline and (on Hyper) calling/SMS all in one place.
  • VIP Service: For companies that want their outbound run fully managed and not in-house.

Glossary: Instantly.ai pricing terms

  • Outreach: Instantly email sending product (inboxes, warmup, campaigns).
  • Instant Credits / SuperSearch: The 450M+ B2B lead database and enrichment product, quantified in credits.
  • Warmup: Automated activity that helps build a sending reputation for your inbox so emails will land in the primary inbox. Unlimited on all Outreach plans.
  • Unibox: Instantly combine responses from all your accounts in a single inbox.
  • SISR (Shared Infrastructure, Separate Routing): Dedicated Light Speed transmission infrastructure that keeps your traffic apart from the shared pool.
  • DFY (Done-For-You) Services: Paid setup for new domains and email accounts.
  • Pre-Warmed Accounts: Domains and inboxes are pre-warmed to get campaigns started immediately.
  • Capacity add on: Paid add on (~$87/mo) for more contacts and emails without changing tiers.

Instantly.ai Outreach pricing: $47/month (Growth), $97/month (Hypergrowth), $358/month (Light Speed). Those are just email sending costs. Add in the lead database (Credits) and CRM and you are looking at a realistic full-stack cost of around $124-$180/month and up.

Is there a free trial for Instantly.ai?

Yes.  Starts free for 14 days, no charge.

Does Instantly.ai offer a free plan?

No. There is no forever free tier. The lowest paid plan after the 14-day trial is Outreach Growth at $47/month.

What is the difference between Outreach and Instantly Credits?

Outreach is the email sending engine (inboxes, warm-up, campaigns). Instantly Credits is the best database for finding and enriching contacts. These are sold as individual subscriptions.

How to get Instantly.ai discount?

Yes.  Save ~20% on Outreach & CRM plans with annual billing.

By volume (flat rate). Adding new team members doesn’t increase the subscription price, unlike per-seat tools such as Lemlist and Apollo.

How does the pricing of Instantly.ai stack up against Smartlead and Saleshandy?

Smartlead is $39 per month, Saleshandy is $25 a month and Instantly starts at $47 a month – all flat rate with unlimited inboxes. Saleshandy is the cheapest entry point and has a native lead finder; Smartlead is closest to Instantly’s model but adds agency white-labeling.

The hidden costs of Instantly.ai?

The main ones being separate Credits and CRM subscriptions, fast-depleting credits, capacity add-ons (~$87/mo), required infrastructure (domains, inboxes, verification), and DFY domains that may not transfer on cancellation.

Summary

Instantly.ai Pricing 2026 Simple on the outside, modular on the inside. The starting price is $47 per month for Outreach, the most popular plan is Hypergrowth at $97 per month and Light Speed is $358 per month for high-volume and agency use. A realistic working stack costs $124-180+/month instead of the headline $47, as the lead database (Credits), CRM and add-on modules are billed separately. The flat-rate model also means that costs don’t change as teams scale up, which is why Instantly is more affordable than per-seat competitors like Lemlist and Apollo. Base your budget on the actual full stack you’re using, and check your real limits inside the app, as the pricing page and dashboard can differ.

Stay hustlin and use the right tools!
