If you’re looking for the best CPA networks of 2023 to start your affiliate marketing journey, you’ve come to the right place.

On this page you’re going to find the top CPA networks that I recommend, based on my experience with some of them, plus reviews and ratings from other CPA affiliate marketers in the industry.

If you’re a beginner CPA marketer, I’m going to give you a few options as well, but in general they all have kind of the same requirements.

Don't want to spend too much money on SEO tools such as Semrush but still want something to track your SEO data? Try Mangools.

Before we begin though…

What is CPA affiliate marketing?

Look, I’m sure you know what CPA marketing means, but there might be some newbies reading this, and so I’m going to give you a short description.

CPA marketing is a type of affiliate marketing, where publishers (you), can sign up on various CPA networks to start promoting offers and products from advertisers.

How is CPA different than regular affiliate marketing? Well, it’s kinda the same, to be honest, but CPA marketing is more focused on leads or actions, that’s what CPA means = cost per action (or acquisition).

So affiliate networks like Amazon Associates and ShareASale are focused more on CPS (cost per sale), products, and offers, and CPA is focused more on actions such as leads, and form submits, software download, etc.

Check out CPA vs CPS if you want to learn more info and can’t decide which affiliate payout model to choose.

Example of CPA offers:

  • Enter your email to win an iPhone 12″
  • “Download latest -insert name- Game”
  • “Complete surveys and make money”
  • “Download -insert name- VPN”
  • “Check your credit score report”

As you can see these are very different affiliate products and offers that you can promote from the regular stuff like baby strollers, dog toys, t-shirts, etc from Amazon, eBay, or ShareASale.

Because of these differences in the offers, many affiliate marketers are strictly CPA marketers, since they like these types of offers and products more.

In reality, it depends on what type of website or traffic you have, and based on that you can decide whether CPA or regular affiliate marketing is better.

Ok, enough about this, learn more here: What is CPA Marketing

Alright, let’s check out the CPA networks now.

Top CPA Networks in 2023

1. AdWork Media

AdWork Media

AdWork Media is a great CPA network for beginners and is one of the first in the game to introduce content lockers and product lockers.

A nice feature of AdWork Media is the fact that they give out monthly performance bonuses. Basically, every publisher (affiliate marketer / you) will be able to activate up to 7 bonuses per month to receive up to a 20% bonus in commissions earned.

Their content/product lockers are a great way to make money from content that you don’t want everybody to see or if you have a page or product that receives a ton of traffic and you want to monetize it.

My favorite all-in-one SEO tool is Semrush. It basically has over 40+ SEO tools inside one neat and easy-to-use platform. Check out Semrush via my affiliate link and get a 7-day free trial.

Oftentimes a content locker can make you a lot more money than simply monetizing your website with display ads like Google AdSense for example.

So give AdWork Media a try, especially if you’re a beginner, their minimum payout is just $35, making this CPA company an excellent choice if you want to start out.

2. DMSAffiliates

DMS Affiliates

DMSAffiliates strives to be one of the highest paying and best converting CPA network in the world.

I mean… it says so right on their homepage so it has to be true right?

No, but honestly, they have amazing reviews on Affpaying, with a total score of 4.92 out of 5. Which is great.

This means that this CPA company pays on time, and has quite a lot of good offers to help over 11000 affiliates make more money with awesome support.

DMSAffiliates also has a point system in which publishers receive 1 point every time they earn $1 on the network. When you gather enough points, you can trade those in for some cool stuff like iPhones, MacBooks, iPads, Watches, etc.

MyLead - CPA Network for beginners

MyLead is one of the best CPA Networks for beginners, so if you’re new to the game, you should definitely give them a try.

They have a lot of tools that can be quite useful for publishers: Content locker, Video locker VOD, Deeplinks, Smartlinks, A/B Testing, and other good stuff such as SMS notifications when you get new leads.

With over 2,000 offers, MyLead has offers in pretty much all the verticals that you could think of: Fashion niche, Food niche products, Gambling, Dating, Health, Jewelry, House & Garden, Electronics, Business, Lottery, Travel, Sports, and more.

4. AdsMain

AdsMain

AdsMain has a large offers inventory (over 2,900) and they have some great exclusive ones that you can’t find on other CPA networks.

They also pay out fast, with a large number of CPA marketers giving them a score of 4.99 out of 5 for payouts on time.

AdsMain is also known for working with premium advertisers such as Amazon, Netflix, Disney, Facebook, and eBay. Those are some pretty big names to have CPA offers from.

I might as well join them too just to test out some of those offers lol.

My favorite all-in-one SEO tool is Semrush. It basically has over 40+ SEO tools inside one neat and easy-to-use platform. Check out Semrush via my affiliate link and get a 7-day free trial.

AdsMain Details:

  • Number of Offers: 2900+ (Offers in all niches that you can think of)

  • Best for: every level of CPA marketers.

5. Maxbounty

Maxbounty - Great CPA Network

Maxbounty is a veteran CPA network, that started out all the way back in 2005.

I’ve been a publisher of theirs for a lot of years now, and I’ve got to say, while I don’t really use them anymore, they have always paid on time and have got awesome support from the affiliate managers.

With that being said I don’t really recommend beginners joining Maxbounty, simply because they are looking for more experienced marketers that know some stuff on how to get conversions and optimize.

After you apply to join Maxbounty, they will more than likely call you, to go over your experience and ask you some questions for example on how you plan on promoting their offers, what verticals you’re good at, etc.

Since you might be a newbie CPA marketer, you wouldn’t really know what to tell them or don’t have the experience to back it up, so instead of lying to them, you should tell them the truth, maybe they accept you, maybe not.

In any case, Maxbounty is a great CPA company with a stellar reputation along the years that has always paid it’s publishers on time.

So if you get approved, try your best not to get banned and follow the rules, because some of the exclusive offers they have are simply amazing.

Maxbounty Details:

  • Number of Offers: 1200+ (Offers in major niches)
  • Minimum Payment: $100
  • Payment Frequency: Net-15, Weekly
  • Payment Method: PayPal, ACH (Direct Deposit), Wire, Check, Payoneer
  • Best for: More experienced CPA marketers

6. AdCombo

AdCombo

AdCombo is another great CPA network that I have personally tested and made money with, that I also highly recommend to marketers.

They have an AWESOME catalog of health and Nutra offers that are COD type (Cash on Delivery). The conversion rates are really high if you know how to advertise properly.

All of their offers have in-house customized pre-landers and landers, and they OWN a lot of the inventory of the products.

Meaning that if you promote X offer, the product is most likely theirs, so this means it’s optimized better than other offers out there, and you get more conversions.

I’ve promoted almost any type of nutra offer they had available a few years back, from varicose cream in LATAM countries to lucky amulets in Taiwan and Morocco.

They also regularly host insane prize contests, where publishers that promote certain offers from their network get to earn points every time they get a conversion.

Their latest contest called TeslaVision gives publishers the chance to win a FRICKIN’ Tesla. Some of their past contests include Porsche, Ferrari, and more crazy stuff like that.

AdCombo Details:

  • Number of Offers: 600+ (Mainly Health & Nutra COD offers)
  • Minimum Payment: $50
  • Payment Frequency: Weekly
  • Payment Method: PayPal, Payoneer, Wire, Paxum, WebMoney, Capitalist
  • Best for: Anyone, but mostly for marketers that can SELL products.

7. CPAGrip

CPAGrip

CPAGrip is known most for being one of the first incentive CPA networks. If you’re doing a incent promotion then CPAGrip is perfect for you.

Running Native Ads? Spy on Your Competition & Create Winning Campaigns with Anstrex

Incent CPA means that you are asking your users or website visitors to complete a CPA offer before they can get access to your site. Or if they complete CPA offers they get rewards from you, your website, app, etc.

Basically, you give people something in return for them completing CPA offers.

This is usually done with content and video lockers, (putting your blog’s content behind an offer wall for example).

They have over 2000+ offers available, and they pay on time, and affiliates are happy with the quality of their campaigns and support received from the AM.

AM = affiliate manager. Usually, good CPA networks will provide you an affiliate manager that will guide you or answer your questions all the time you need.

CPAGrip Details:

  • Number of Offers: 2000+ (Surveys, download offers, email submits…)
  • Minimum Payment: $50
  • Payment Frequency: Net-30, Net-15, Net-7, Bi-Weekly, Weekly
  • Payment Method: PayPal, Direct Deposit, Wire, Check (who uses checks?)
  • Best for: affiliates and webmasters that want to use content locking.

8. LosPollos

lospollos - Smartlink based CPA network

LosPollos, another favorite of mine, is a very solid CPA network that works with smartlinks only, instead of individual CPA offers.

Check out my dating CPA case study where I have used a LosPollos dating smartlink and promoted it on a bunch of African countries with push notifications.

I’ve made thousands with them, so I know for a fact that they always pay on time every week, without missing a single date (at least since I’ve been with them).

Their AM’s are super helpful and friendly and if you need help they’re always ready to chat with you via Skype, telegram, email, you name it.

LosPollos Details:

  • Number of Offers: 1000+ (Mainstream, Dating, Gambling, Crypto)
  • Minimum Payment: $100
  • Payment Frequency: Weekly
  • Payment Method: PayPal, Wire, Firstchoice Pay, Paxum, WebMoney, ePayments
  • Best for: Anyone but you must know how to promote smartlinks properly.

9. CrakRevenue

crakrevenue

I don’t know what they were smoking when they came up with this name… *I have a guess*… but CrakRevenue is a great CPA network that’s always at the top of any ranking for the best CPA affiliate networks.

So it only makes sense to also include them on my list.

Most of their 700+ offers are in the adult, dating and cams niche, but they do have some health and nutra offers here and there.

However, they have killer adult offers I might say with great payout rates, so if you’re in that niche, you should definitely give Crak a try… I mean CrakRevenue.

CrakRevenue Details:

  • Number of Offers: 700+ (Mostly Adult, Dating, Cams)
  • Minimum Payment: $100
  • Payment Frequency: Net-30, Net-15, Net-7 (weekly)
  • Payment Method: Direct Deposit (ACH), Paxum, Wire, EpayService, PayPal (Only U.S. & Canada)
  • Best for: If you’re into promoting adult and dating offers, give them a try.

10. Paysale

paysale

Paysale is a newer CPA network with 1400+ offers in verticals such as dating, travel, e-commerce, casino, mobile, adult, and more.

Keep in mind though that more than a half of their offers are in the dating/adult niche, so if you’re after a CPA company with a ton of dating offers Paysale could be a great fit for you.

Other than the articles on this blog, I rarely write my own content. Why? It's simple: I hate it. That's why I outsource it from places such as Fiverr.

I haven’t personally tested them yet, but a ton of affiliates ranked them very high with scores such as 4.99 out of 5 stars for payouts (that are always on time).

Paysale Details:

  • Number of Offers: 1400+ (Mainly adult and dating)
  • Minimum Payment: $100
  • Payment Frequency: Net-30
  • Payment Method: PayPal, Paxum, Wire, Webmoney, Check
  • Best for: publishers looking to monetize dating/adult traffic

11. CPAfull

CPAfull

CPAfull has a bold mission: to become the best CPA affiliate network in the industry. Look I don’t know about that haha, but I wish them good luck, there’s a ton of fierce competition that they need to crush before that happens.

Anyway, they have about 300 offers, but with very high payouts (some of the highest in the industry).

Most of the CPA offers they have are focused on Email submit, Downloads, Dating, Financial (sweepstakes and crypto stuff), and eCommerce.

CPAfull Details:

  • Number of Offers: 300+ (Mainly sweeps, email submits, downloads.)
  • Minimum Payment: $100
  • Payment Frequency: Net-15, Weekly
  • Payment Method: PayPal, ACH (Direct Deposit), Payoneer, Wire, Check.
  • Best for: Anyone

12. AdGate Media

AdGate Media

AdGate Media is another incentive CPA network that you can use to turn your content into money.

With almost 1500 offers available in pretty much all the niches out there, AdGate Media is a great choice to lock your content or use offer walls for rewards.

AdGate Media Details:

  • Number of Offers: 1499 (Mainly sweeps, mobile, submits.)
  • Minimum Payment: $25
  • Payment Frequency: Net-30, Net-15, Weekly
  • Payment Method: PayPal, Direct Deposit, Payoneer, Check
  • Best for: content locking and offer walls for rewards

13. OGAds

OGAds

OGads is another content-locking network that has a ton of exclusive high-paying offers.

Their offer wall, mobile, and desktop content lockers are great to use if you plan on doing incentive promotion or having a rewards system such as in a mobile app.

Over 42,000 publishers joined OGads and earned over $25,000,000 so far. With stats like that, you know they are truly OGs.

I wouldn’t say that this is a CPA network for beginners, especially since it’s more on the incentive side and they have a lengthy affiliate application, but you could always try it out and see if you get approved.

OGads Details:

  • Number of Offers: 1000+ (Mainly app installs & PIN submits)
  • Minimum Payment: $50
  • Payment Frequency: Net-30, Weekly
  • Payment Method: PayPal, Wire, Payoneer, Check
  • Best for: Incentive CPA marketing with offer walls & content locks

14. Trafee

trafee

Trafee is another CPA network that’s smartlink based, meaning that you won’t find individual CPA offers to promote.

Instead, you will have a few smartlinks based on niches (finance, dating, mainstream, etc), and with your unique smartlink, users will be able to see the best offer with the highest chances of conversions from that niche, based on AI optimization.

Their smartlinks have offers for 100+ countries and are available in over 20+ languages and they work on any device.

If you’re tired of choosing individual CPA offers yourself, then give Trafee a try.

OGads Details:

  • Number of Offers: 1000+ (Smartlinks for different verticals)
  • Minimum Payment: $100
  • Payment Frequency: Weekly
  • Payment Method: PayPal, Wire, WebMoney, Bitcoin, Paxum, QIWI, Yandex.Money, Capitalist
  • Best for: beginners and everyone else really

15. Adexico

adexico

Adexico is a newer CPA network (founded in 2018), but it’s quickly becoming one of the favorites of many affiliate marketers.

Running Native Ads? Spy on Your Competition & Create Winning Campaigns with Anstrex

Reading some of the reviews that these guys get can only mean one thing: they know their shit well and they are good with their publishers and always paying on time (with a payout rating of 5 out of 5 stars on Affpaying).

They got over 1100 offers, mainly sweepstakes, Dating, mobile, health & Nutra, gambling, and adult.

I would say that for a CPA company that’s only been around for about 3 years, having 1100+ offers is pretty great.

Adexico Details:

  • Number of Offers: 1100+ (Sweepstakes, Adult, Dating, Health/Nutra)
  • Minimum Payment: $100
  • Payment Frequency: Net-30, Net-15, Weekly
  • Payment Method: PayPal, Wire
  • Best for: The $100 minimum payout might not be ideal for beginners.

16. CPABuild

CPABuild

CPABuild is another great incentive CPA network that aims to provide publishers with the best offers for their content locking needs.

You will find over 1,300 offers inside CPABuild, some of them from big advertisers such as Amazon, CyberGhost VPN, and more. Their verticals are mostly Mobile, PIN Submits, Entertainment, App downloads (CPI), and surveys.

They boast over 10,000 templates & lockers and more than 150,000 affiliates have joined their network so far, with a total of $40 million + paid out in commissions already.

If you like what you’re reading and have a site or an app that’s going to profit from using content locking technology then give CPABuild a try.

Movies, music, manga, and gaming sites are usually great for content locking CPA marketing.

CPABuild Details:

  • Number of Offers: 1300+ (Mobile, surveys, PIN Submits, App downloads)
  • Minimum Payment: $50
  • Payment Frequency: Weekly
  • Payment Method: PayPal, Wire, Bitcoin, Payoneer
  • Best for: Sites and apps that would benefit from content locking

17. Envyus Media

Envyus Media

Even though they haven’t probably re-designed their website since they launched in 2010, Envyus Media is a solid CPA network that you should try out.

But hey, true to their words, they don’t try to impress you with shiny design or cool mottos like: “WE HAVE THE BEST OFFERS” and “HIGHEST PAYING, MOST CONVERTING”…you get the point.

Instead, they just stick to doing the basics right: Pay the affiliates on time, and secure exclusive offers.

Envyus Media Details:

  • Number of Offers: 500+ (Sweepstakes, CC submit, Email Submit)
  • Minimum Payment: $25
  • Payment Frequency: Net-15, Bi-Weekly, Weekly
  • Payment Method: ACH Direct Deposit, Wire, Check
  • Best for: Every affiliate

18. CPA Lead

CPA Lead - CPA Network for Beginners

I haven’t promoted CPA in an incentive way too much, but when I tried it out, it was with CPA Lead. I mean in 2006-2007 I don’t think there was any other incentive CPA network, but I could be wrong.

All I know is that they paid me on time, but incentive and content locking was not for me so I moved to other networks. Sure now they have unique stand-alone CPA offers as well, but back then it was more about content locking.

Their $1 minimum payout is probably the best thing for a newbie CPA marketer who just gets their first few leads. Being able to cash out fast is a strong motivator to keep on doing good online marketing.

Anyway, back to CPA Lead, yes… they have 200+ offers and work with some of the biggest brands in the world like Amazon, Netflix, Chase, Spotify, Samsung, Hulu, EA, Starbucks.

Don't want to spend too much money on SEO tools such as Semrush but still want something to track your SEO data? Try Mangools.

$100,000,000

That’s how much they have paid their publishers (300,000 of them) over the years.

You know they’re not playing around with stats like those. So go ahead and try them out, see how it works out for you.

CPA Lead Details:

  • Number of Offers: 200+ (Email Submit, PIN Submits, Mobile, Trials)
  • Minimum Payment: $1
  • Payment Frequency: Weekly
  • Payment Method: ACH Direct Deposit, Wire, Check
  • Best for: Beginners and content locking webmasters

19. PerformCB (Formerly ClickBooth)

Perform CB (formerly ClickBooth) - one of the best CPA Networks

Formerly known as Clickbooth, PerformCB is a veteran CPA network and has been in this industry for 19+ years now.

It got many awards and accolades and of course for a CPA company to achieve all of those, they have to pay their publishers on time first of all, which I’m happy to report that they do.

Being a well-established network, it’s going to be a bit tougher for newbies to get approved, so give them a try and if it doesn’t work don’t get disappointed, it happens to all of us.

They work with some of the biggest brands in the planet, and have over 500+ offers in pretty much all the big niches.

Oh… I almost forgot, and they have paid over $1 billion to affiliates over the years. Yes you’ve read that right.

PerformCB Details:

  • Number of Offers: 500+ (Health, Finance, Enterntainment, E-Commerce, Software)
  • Minimum Payment: $50
  • Payment Frequency: Net-15, Weekly
  • Payment Method: PayPal, ACH, Wire, Check
  • Best for: Experienced CPA marketers.

20. GlobalWide Media (Neverblue)

GlobalWide Media (Formerly NeverBlue) - top cpa network

GlobalWide Media, formerly known as Neverblue is another top dog in the CPA industry, and yes newbies should stay away from this one also, as it’s pretty tough to get approved.

Yeah they have CPA offers for awesome products and services that you can promote as an affiliate, but again… if beginners can’t really get in, I’m not going to talk about them too much.

Even though they have a great reputation and many affiliates have been happy with them over the years, if you don’t have either a lot of experience doing CPA or a site with great traffic stats, don’t bother applying.

I know it sounds harsh but it’s the truth.

Try out some newer CPA networks that I’ve talked above and after you learn the ropes a little bit maybe you can try joining some of these older networks.

GlobalWide Media:

  • Number of Offers: 500+ (E-Commerce, Mobile)
  • Minimum Payment: $100
  • Payment Frequency: Net-15
  • Payment Method: PayPal, Wire, Check, Direct Deposit
  • Best for: Experienced CPA marketers.

21. A4D

a4d - CPA network

A4D also known as Ads 4 Dough (great name btw) started out all the way back in 2008. With that much experience, you know they are one of the best CPA networks in the game.

If you want to find 200 QUALITY offers, then A4D is the place for you.

Other than the articles on this blog, I rarely write my own content. Why? It's simple: I hate it. That's why I outsource it from places such as Fiverr.

They have some amazing exclusive offers in the E-commerce, Health, and gaming industry with landing pages that are optimized with high conversions in mind.

Seriously their E-commerce offers are amazing, especially the ones in the survival niche.

PerformCB Details:

  • Number of Offers: 200 (E-Commerce, Health, Games)
  • Minimum Payment: $50
  • Payment Frequency: Net-15, Weekly
  • Payment Method: Wire, Check, Direct Deposit
  • Best for: Experienced CPA marketers.

Bonus: Clickbank CPA

Source: Clickbank.com

Clickbank has announced its plans of working with a CPA model as well and so you can now promote a bunch of offers on a CPA basis straight from Clickbank. Sure they don’t have all the offers that other more established CPA networks have, but I’m sure that given enough time they will get up there.

I haven’t tested it yet, but if you guys do, let me know what’s your opinion on it and how well it works compared to other networks on this list. Would really appreciate it.

Top 21 Best CPA Networks: Conclusion

Alright, we’re finally done with the list, it took you a while to read it all right? I know, I kinda lengthy, but hey I wanted to give you as much detail as I could about these CPA networks, without adding too much fluff in-between to keep the article shorter.

Anyways, let me know down in the comments which of these CPA platforms you work with and if you have any juicy tips or insight about them.

If you’re a beginner you shouldn’t really try and join the ones that are at the bottom of this list, because since they are pretty established they are looking for more experienced marketers.

I know it sucks to hear that, but honestly I’ve been turned down by many of these when I first started out, until I finally joined Peerfly one day (RIP Peerfly, you willbe missed), and then my CPA earnings took off big time.

So don’t give up, try building some experience and learning how to promote CPA on the more beginner friendly CPA networks first and then join the other ones.

P.S: Get cheap traffic for your CPA marketing 😉

Stay hustlin’
Stephen

  1. A very detailed and resourceful guide there. I want to diversify from Amazon Affiliate Marketing and I was looking for a guide on CPA Marketing. Your website has clear guide for a beginner and I will definitely bookmark it to read all other articles. By the way, which software do you use to design your featured images? They look great!

    1. Hi Steve,

Thanks for reading the article. I create the images manually in Photoshop (the old and more time-consuming way haha).

Good luck with the transition to CPA, it’s not that big of a difference from Amazon Affiliate.

      Cheers,
      Stephen
