When a sale comes from an Etsy ad on another site, Etsy takes 12% or 15% of the whole order, shipping included, capped at $100.
- $3.98PayPal fees on refunds
Refund a $100 PayPal Checkout payment and PayPal keeps its fee. You’re out $3.98 on a sale that never happened.
- 20%Fiverr’s cut of your tips
Fiverr’s seller fee applies to tips too. A $20 tip puts $16 in your balance, not $20.

PayPal updated its US merchant fees page. The PayPal calculator uses this schedule, including 3.49% + $0.49 for PayPal Checkout and 2.99% for Goods and Services payments.
Etsy changed its regulatory operating fees: France now pays 1.14%, Spain 0.88%, Italy 0.80%, Türkiye 1.67% and India 0.05%, and Hungary has a new 1.97% fee.

Yes. Every tool on this page is free to use, with no signup, no email required and no usage limits.
How accurate are the fee calculations?
Each calculator uses the rates published on the platform’s official fee pages. Results are estimates for planning: some sellers have custom rates and exchange rates move daily, so your statement may differ by a few cents.
How often are the fees updated?
Rates are reviewed every month and whenever a platform announces a change. Each calculator shows the date it was last checked, and changes are logged on this page.
Do the calculators work outside the US?
The Etsy calculator covers 19 countries, including local processing fees, regulatory fees and VAT or GST on fees. The PayPal calculator uses US business rates and supports payments in 13 currencies. Fiverr’s fees are the same worldwide, and you can add your own withdrawal and conversion costs.
Is my data saved anywhere?
No. The calculators run in your browser, and nothing you enter is sent or stored.
